eao introduction of temporary energy surcharge
Dear Sir/Madam:
Energy prices have risen significantly in recent months due to the impact of conflicts in the Middle East. This has particularly affected crude oil and kerosene prices, with direct impacts on transportation costs and key petroleum-based raw materials
Material purchase cost
We have taken a series of measures to improve efficiency and reduce costs. But please note that this is a force majeure event. We can no longer fully bear the resulting additional energy and procurement costs. In order to continue to maintain our consistent high level of reliability, quality and service, we have now decided to introduce
A temporary energy surcharge.
Effective from June 8, 2026, a temporary (force majeure) energy surcharge will be implemented, amounting to 2.5% of the corresponding invoice amount. This surcharge will be shown separately and transparently on our invoices
The move is expressly intended to be temporary in nature. We all hope that this conflict can be resolved as soon as possible
Decide. We will regularly review developments in the energy and procurement markets and adjust or eliminate surcharges as appropriate as cost conditions continue to normalize.
Thank you for your understanding and continued trust and cooperation in us.If you have any questions, please feel free to contact
Contact us.
